SARL Institut Figari (Sensation Spa Paris) places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use our website or services, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data we collect

Identity and contact details: name, first name, e-mail, phone.
Booking and order data: chosen services, dates, gift cards, history.
Payment data: processed directly by our secure providers (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your bank card numbers.
Browsing data: via cookies and trackers (see the Cookies section).

Recipients of the data

Your data is intended for the company's authorised staff and, within the scope of their tasks, our providers: website host (Wix), payment solutions (Stripe, PayPal), online booking tool, e-mailing provider where applicable, and our chartered accountant. It may be disclosed to administrative or judicial authorities where legally required.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our technical providers (notably the host) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Retention periods

Customer relationship and booking data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then up to 3 years from the last contact for prospecting purposes.
Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
Cookie-related data: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@sensation-spa.com (proof of identity may be requested). We respond within one month at the latest.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set without consent; analytics and marketing cookies are set only after your agreement. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS access, SSL/TLS-encrypted payments via our providers) to protect your data against unauthorised access.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 — Seller

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of gift cards and of services booked or paid for online between SARL Institut Figari (Sensation Spa Paris), 8 Villa de Saxe, 75007 Paris, France — RCS Paris 792 444 440 — Phone +33 1 47 34 26 19 — e-mail contact@sensation-spa.com, hereinafter "the Institute", and any customer, hereinafter "the Customer".

The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms before placing any order. Any order implies acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The Institute reserves the right to change its prices at any time; services are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is recorded.

Article 3 — Payment

Payment is made in full, at the Customer's choice, by bank card or transfer via Stripe or PayPal. Receipt of payment confirms the order.

Article 4 — Gift cards

Any online purchase results in a gift card describing the purchased service, sent by e-mail with the invoice upon completion of the order. The gift card may be used during its validity period, on presentation, after booking. The holder presents it as payment for the service at the Institute.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Customer acting as a consumer has a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons, by informing us in writing at contact@sensation-spa.com. The gift card is then refunded, unless it has already been used.

Exception: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to wellness and leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period (for example, an appointment booked for a specific day and time).

Article 6 — Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the Customer — Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the Institute reserves the right to request a deposit for any future booking.
Deposit and refund — Where a deposit is paid, it is refunded in full if the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment. After that, the deposit may be retained, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
Lateness and no-show — Any no-show, or cancellation after the appointment time, may result in the full service being charged.

Article 7 — Personal data

The data collected is necessary to process orders, issue invoices and deliver the services. Its processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 8 — Mediation and governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer first sends a written complaint to the Institute. Failing an amicable resolution, a Customer acting as a consumer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator: CM2C — 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — www.cm2c.net

Recourse to mediation does not deprive the Customer of the right to bring the matter before the competent courts.
